100+ TALENTS WHO LOST POTENTIAL

Each FIFA, a bunch of new U23 players get 80 potential or higher in Career Mode. Some talents reach this, sometimes extremely high, potential in real life. Look at Neymar, who had 91 potential in FIFA12 & FIFA13 when he was at Santos and has definitely reached that potential in real life. But there are also a lot of players who don’t reach their high potential in real life that they got in previous FIFA’s. In this post, we will show you one big list with a lot of players who have lost a big amount of potential in Career Mode over the years, and so haven’t reached their full potential yet. Be aware that most of these players are still relatively young and can still reach their potential in real life. This post covers players who once had a very high potential but currently, in FIFA21, got 80 potential or less.

Before we get onto the list, you might be wondering: “What is the point of this post exactly?” Well, if you’re looking for a fun narrative/storyline to follow in your Career Mode save, you can buy one or more of these players and try to bring them to back to the top and so reach the high potential they once had through Dynamic Potential!

Here is the list of 100+ players who once had a high (84+) potential in Career Mode, but haven’t reached that (yet) and so have 80 potential or less in FIFA21!
