There are handful of insane FIFA 22 Career Mode talents that all start from some higher rating than that lower league clubs usually have in their teams. That is the reason why I made this list of some high potential players that are also well suited for lower league teams because of their starting OVR.

In the first part we covered low-rated players with high potential which aren’t realistic to sign if you are going for a realistic Career Mode save, this time – we are checking out talents you can actually sign in your save.

First person on the list is Jon Magunazelaia, young Spanish striker who is currently playing for second team of Real Sociedad. Jon would be a great signing or even a loan for a lower division team in Spain or a Portuguese team. There are multiple players which fit RTGs in England, Germany, Spain and France.
