There are handful of insane FIFA 22 Career Mode talents that all start from some higher rating than that lower league clubs usually have in their teams. That is the reason why I made this list of some high potential players that are also well suited for lower league teams because of their starting OVR.
Most of these are not realistic to sign, but you can try and loan them if possible or just sign them if you don’t care about realism as much.
First place on the list goes to the upcoming prospect of the Turkish Fenerbahce – Arda Guller! There are few players from Manchester City who really improved their academy in the last few years, be sure to check some of them out and try them in Career Mode!
